What is a Street Team?
The desire behind Sermon Jams Street Teams is to build an army of evangelist with the desire to share the good news of Jesus Christ and his kingdom with unbelievers. Our goal is to flood city streets, universities, and other public places with the Gospel message. Below are a few concepts which the Sermon Jams CD's can be used to reach folks who normally would not be interested in reading a traditional Christian track or going to a Sunday church service.
Step 1: Download and burn tracks
The first part of producing the Sermon Jams CD’s is to download and burn copies. Most people understand how to do this and so we wont take the time to explain but if you do have trouble feel free to email us for further explanation. You can also buy bulk quantities of CD's here.
Step 2: Label and hand out
Now this might seem like the difficult part but it is truly quite easy. Unlike a standard paper flyers or tracks, most people are open to taking a free CD. One recommendation for labeling the CD is to simply use a marker and write "Free Sermon Jams CD" with a link to our website. From there you can place it into a CD jewel case or paper carrying case. Ideas on where you could leave these CD's include: a park bench, news paper stand, pay phone, pool table, dorm room common area, car windshield, or simply pass them out on the street or in a parking lot. There are many other options which we challenge you to explore, but please remember when you go about doing this to be tactful and wise.
